Al-Menfi and Al-Dabaiba held a meeting to discuss the current situations

The head of Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, held a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Al-Dabaiba, in Tripoli on Wednesday.

Both sides discussed the latest political developments in the country.

They reviewed the reasons and repercussions of the statement issued by the Deputy Prime Minister and a number of ministers and government ministers from the eastern region.

The meeting also focused on ways to raise the level of services, consolidate social justice and provide for the needs of citizens in various regions of the country.

Al-Menfi affirmed the need to maintain the progress of the political process, in accordance with the road map and the outcomes of the Libyan political dialogue, in a way that contributes to end the current stage towards holding the presidential and parliamentary elections on time.
