A press conference on the latest preparations for the elections

The Acting Prime Minister of the National Unity Government, Ramadan Abu Janah, held a press conference on the latest political situations in Libya.
The Ministers of Education, Interior, and Justice, in addition to the Minister of State for Political Affairs and Communication and the Deputy Minister of Health took part in the press conference.
Abu Janah said that the government had accomplished the task entrusted to it to reach the elections, pledging to hand over power to an elected government on December 24.
He stated that the government would continue to work until the elections, confirming that that the government had spared no effort to support the High National Elections Commission.
In turn, the Minister of Education, Musa Al-Maqrif, clarified that more than 2000 schools have been prepared to be used as electoral centers, confirming that they are ready to receive all voters.
For her part, Minister of Justice, Halima Ibrahim, stressed the role of international observers in the electoral process saying that their provision of technical support is a basis for the success of the electoral process.
Interior Minister, Khaled Mazen, confirmed that all security preparations for the elections are going according to the ministry’s plan, confirming that no violations were recorded.
