The International Anti-Corruption Day celebrated in Libya

The National Anti-Corruption Commission held a celebration in Tripoli to mark the International Anti-Corruption Day, which is held on 9 December of each year.
The Acting Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Ramadan Abu Janah, the head of the National Anti-Corruption Commission, Noman Al-Sheikh, the Head of the Counter-Terrorism Force, and the ambassadors of Italy and Turkey to Libya attended the celebration.
The celebration included a visual presentation on corruption and the United Nations Convention against Corruption.
In his a speech, Abu Janah stressed the need to seek measures to prevent corruption saying that the government is keen to eliminate all forms of corruption.
Speaking to the Libyan Cloud News Agency, the head of organizing committee, Ashraf El-Zayat, called for consolidation of efforts in combating corruption, referring to the National Anti-Corruption Commission’s endeavors to achieve international anti-corruption goals.
