Employees of Electricity Company demand pay rise

The employees of the General Electricity Company in Ajdabiya city issued a statement calling on the legislative and executive authorities in Libya to meet their demands.

The employees who are members in the 6.6 Movement said in their statement that they will escalate measures as of June 23 if their demands of increasing salaries, disbursing risk and housing allowances, canceling the jihad and income taxes, as well as providing health insurance were not met.
