Awlad Suleiman tribe calls for the release of the director of External Security Agency in the former regime

Awlad Suleiman tribe in Wadi Al-Hayat region in southwestern Libya held a protest to demand the release of the director of External Security Agency in the former regime, Abdullah Mansour.
The protesters demanded in a statement the Government of National Unity, judicial authorities and the Ministry of the Interior to immediately intervene and secure his release.
They affirmed their support for the legitimacy of the state to achieve stability and establish human rights, expressing confidence in the Libyan judiciary to achieve justice.
They clarified that Mansour had been acquitted by the court but his release was not implemented. They confirmed that his health condition is deteriorating in prison because he suffers from chronic diseases, appealing to the Libyan authorities to release him.
