Latest update of COVID-19 infections in Libya – January 16

Libyan Cloud News Agency – Tripoli

The National Center for Disease Control analyzed on , January Sunday 16, 5527 blood samples. The center confirmed that 4791 samples have tested negative for COVID-19 and 736 samples tested positive. The percentage (% 13.3).

The center confirmed that 602 patients have recovered from the disease with 12 deaths.

It also released the latest update of the coronavirus infections in the country as following:

Deaths: 5853

Recovery: 385075

Isolation: 7127

Total infections: 398055

Total number of vaccinated against Coronavirus:

first dose : 1965713

second dose : 940217

booster doses : 4166
