Latest update of COVID-19 infections in Libya – August 21

Libyan Cloud News Agency – Tripoli

The National Center for Disease Control analyzed on Saturday, August 21, 7260 blood samples. The center confirmed that 5538 samples have tested negative for COVID-19 and 1722 samples tested positive. The percentage (% 23.7).

The center confirmed that 959 patients have recovered from the disease with 34 deaths.

It also released the latest update of the coronavirus infections in the country as following:

Deaths: 4051

Recovery: 213200

Isolation: 78003

Total infections: 295254

Total number of vaccinated against Coronavirus: 927575
