Latest update of COVID-19 infections in Libya – August 17

Libyan Cloud News Agency – Tripoli

The National Center for Disease Control analyzed on Monday, August 17, 2995 blood samples. The center confirmed that 2588 samples have tested negative for Covid-19 and 407 samples tested positive.

The center confirmed that 36 patients have recovered from the disease and four others have died.

It also released the latest update of the coronavirus infections in the country as following:

Deaths: 157

Recovery: 969

Isolation: 7453

Total infections: 8579
