Bakeries closed in several areas in western Libya due to high prices of flour

A number of bakery owners from various municipalities of the western region of Libya agreed in a meeting held on Saturday to close the bakeries, starting from Saturday for a period of three days.

The bakery owners said in a statement that the closure might be extended if no solutions were found to the high prices of flour and other ingredients used in the bread industry.
