The Presidential Council extends curfew

The Presidential Council of the Government of National Accord has issued a new resolution extending the curfew for another 10 days.

The new curfew will be effective as from Friday, July 31. The resolution stipulates that the curfew shall be total for 24 hours in the first five days, while it remains partial in the other five days from 09:00 in the evening until 06:00 in the morning.

According to the resolution, small food shops and pharmacies are allowed to open while local residents are allowed to move on foot to buy their basic needs.
