A rocket hits the National Center for Endocrinology and Diabetes

The intensive care unit of the National Center for Endocrinology and Diabetes in Salah al-Din district was hit by a rocket fire on Saturday, January 04, as a result of the armed clashes south of Tripoli.

Chief of South Ain Zara District, Mohammad al-Tarrashi, told the Libyan Cloud News Agency that there were no patients at the center during the attack.

He said that the patients were transferred to other hospitals five days ago.

He called on the Ministry of Health to provide a place for the diabetics to visit and take their medications.
