Derna waterfall stopped flowing

Derna waterfall, one of the city’s landmarks, has suddenly stopped flowing.

Farmers of the city said that the reason was due to a land slide which led to obstructing the water flow, in addition to natural factors such as cracks of the valley.

The farmers called on all the responsible authorities, including the municipality of Derna to find a quick solution to the land slide so that the water returns to the valley and the waterfall returns to flow again.
