State Property Department in Misrata warns against dealing with aggressors against state property

The Office of the State Property Department called on Misrata not to deal with the aggressors against state property of all types of forests, camps, administrative buildings, agricultural and development projects and others.

In its circular issued yesterday the aggressors and those who deal with them warned of legal accountability and standing before the state in judicial disputes, adding that all the editors and the related transfer procedures are invalid according to the decision of the National Transitional Council No. 102 of 2011 to suspend the real estate work and all disposal of property.
