Libyan Foreign Minister visited Ubari city

Libyan Foreign Minister, Najla Al-Manqoush, met with dignitaries, civil society activists and members of the municipal council of Ubari city, as part of her visit to several regions in the south.
The meeting dealt with a number of issues related the local citizens in the first place and the security issue in general.
The Vice Chairman of the Presidential Council, Musa Al-Koni, attended the meeting.
During the meeting, Al-Manqoush listened to the daily problems of the people of the south and discussed with them economic, human rights and social matters, in addition to the diplomatic representation for the people of the south in the Libyan missions abroad.
Al-Manqoush said that it had decided to visit the south to examine the needs of the border regions in terms of verifying the progress of work at the land ports and creating a political climate in preparation for opening foreign consulates in the south.
