Libyan and Kuwaiti foreign ministers met in Cairo

Libyan Minister of Foreign Affairs, Najla Al-Manqoush, met with her Kuwaiti counterpart, Ahmed Al-Sabah, on the sidelines of the 156th session of the Council of the League of Arab States in Cairo on Thursday.

During the meeting, Al-Manqoush reviewed the positive developments in Libya, and presented Al-Sabah with an overview of the Libya Stability Initiative and Libya’s intention to organize an international consultative conference next October, with the aim of developing appropriate mechanisms and practical procedures for the Libya Stability Initiative.

The Kuwaiti minister expressed his country’s full support for efforts that aim to stabilize Libya and its territorial integrity.
