HNEC statement on the upcoming elections

The High National Elections Commission (HNEC) issued a statement on Sunday regarding the upcoming elections in December 2021.

The HNEC stressed its commitment to hold the elections on time in accordance with the international principles and standard.

It confirmed its keenness to win the confidence of the people in accordance with the constitutional basis and institutional rules in force.
