A delegation from the Libyan Customs Authority visited Malta

A delegation from the Libyan Customs Authority visited Malta to discuss ways of cooperation, exchange experiences, and develop human resources.

The two sides reviewed the draft memorandum of understanding related to the administrative cooperation and exchange of customs information to deter and confront violators.

The Libyan delegation included the Deputy Director General of the Customs Authority, the Director of the General Department of Technical Affairs, the Director of the International Cooperation Office and the Director of the Legal Affairs Office of the Authority.

The delegation met with the Maltese Minister of Finance and the Director of the Maltese Customs during the visit.
