The Reference Laboratory in Tripoli suspended the Coronavirus testing

The Director of the National Center for Disease Control, Badr Eddin al-Najjar, has disclosed that the Reference Laboratory in Tripoli has run out of DNA extraction solutions of Covid-19.

In an urgent letter to the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Mohammad Haitham, and Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Committee for the Fight against the Coronavirus, Khalifa al-Bakwash, al-Najjar said that the coronavirus testing has been suspended due to the shortages of the solutions.

He demanded both officials to provide the solutions urgently to start the testing again.
