Weekly update of the local epidemiological situation of the (Corona) virus in Libya

The National Center for Disease Control received 2814 samples during the period from 16 – 21 July 2022, according to statement No. (695).

After examining the samples with Real Time PCR technology, the results were as follows:

The average number of positive cases (162) cases.

The average number of recovered cases (16)

The average number of deaths (00) cases

The percentage of positive cases (34.54%)

General Statistics:

Total injuries “cumulative number”: 503,611.

Active cases: 1282.

Recovered: 495,898.

Deaths: 6,431
