Latest update of COVID-19 infections in Libya – August 16

Libyan Cloud News Agency – Tripoli

The National Center for Disease Control analyzed on Monday, August 16, 8807 blood samples. The center confirmed that 6531 samples have tested negative for COVID-19 and 2276 samples tested positive. The percentage (% 25.8).

The center confirmed that 1387 patients have recovered from the disease with 23 deaths.

It also released the latest update of the coronavirus infections in the country as following:

Deaths: 3956

Recovery: 208551

Isolation: 74387

Total infections: 286894

Total number of vaccinated against Coronavirus: 882844
