Libyan Airlines resumed flights to Cairo Airport in Egypt after nearly seven years of suspension

A Libyan Airlines plane landed at Cairo Airport in Egypt on Saturday, coming from Mitiga Airport in Tripoli, for the first time in nearly seven years.
Cairo Airport held a celebration to mark the resumption of direct flights between Cairo and Libyan airports.
The plane carried about 255 passengers, while all precautionary and preventive measures were taken to confront the Coronavirus, according to the Egyptian Al-Ahram news website.
