Tripoli markets crowded over fears of coronavirus outbreak
Libyan Cloud News Agency – Tripoli
Markets in Tripoli have been crowded with people buying food and basic needs over concerns of coronavirus outbreak.
Market-goers believe that the main reason for the excessive purchase of basic food products is the precautionary measures announced by the government including the 12-hour curfew.
They also complained about the price increase of food products amid lack of cash and the non-payment of salaries of workers.
