Employees of Marine Wealth Authority protest the dismissal of their CEO

Employees of the General Authority for Marine Wealth organized a protest in front of the authority’s headquarters in Tripoli on Sunday.

In a statement, the employees said that they reject the dismissal of the chairman of the authority’s board of directors, Rida Dozan, adding that his dismissal would disrupt the workflow.

The employees confirmed that Dozan is the right man to head the authority in the current conditions in Libya.

The protesters demanded the government to revoke the dismissal decision or they will conduct a full sit-in in all departments and offices of the authority until the demands are fulfilled.
