World Environment Day observed in Nalut

Friends of Environment and Heritage Society in Nalut city has celebrated World Environment Day, which falls on June 5 of each year.

The celebration was held with the support of the German organization (GIZ) and in cooperation with the Culture Office, the Red Crescent Society, the Education Monitoring Office and the Avra ​​Foundation.

The program of the celebration included lectures to schoolchildren on how to preserve the environment and water, in addition to holding drama shows, drawing competitions, and an afforestation campaign.
