Five quintals of hashish seized in Al-Qurayat town

The Narcotics Control Agency of the Ministry of Interior seized more than five quintals of hashish in Al-Qurayat town, around 340km southwest of Tripoli.

The media advisor of the Ministry of Interior, Mohamed Al-Fitouri, told the Libyan Cloud News Agency that a security plan was drawn up after receiving information that there was a large amount of hashish inside a drug dealer’s house.

He said that the security forces raided the house but the drug dealer managed to escape.
