A meeting for the protection of Libyan antiquities held in Tripoli

Libyan Cloud News Agency – Tripoli

The Deputy Foreign Minister for Consular Affairs, Murad Hamima, met in Tripoli with the Head of the Antiquities Department, Mohamed Al-Shakshuki.

The two sides reviewed cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Antiquities Department, especially with regard to the recovery of Libyan antiquities looted and smuggled abroad, in addition to coordination to protect Libyan cultural and archaeological properties.
