Four killed and 35 wounded in clashes with army in Ghadwa south of Sabha

Clashes broke out today in the vicinity of the locality of Ghadwa.

The village is situated south of the city of Sabha – between the Libyan army stationed there and armed groups. A source from the locality of Ghadwa told the #Libyan_Cloud_News_Agency that the armed groups had surrounded the army forces. When the two sides clashed they killed four people and wounded about 35. They were taken to the health center in the village of Ghadwa. The clashes then stopped.

The source added that reinforcements reached the Libyan army to the location of the clash. This led the armed groups to withdraw. There were no sounds of weapons heard in the vicinity of the locality of Ghadwa.
