An orthopedic doctor kidnapped in Tripoli

The medical staff of Al-Hadba General Hospital in Tripoli staged a protest on Wednesday to denounce the kidnapping of their colleague, the orthopedic doctor Al-Siddiq Bin Dallah.

Bin Dallah was kidnapped on Tuesday, 01 December, while he was returning home from his work in the hospital.

The protesters demanded in a statement the Ministry of the Interior to ensure the return and safety of their colleague, holding it responsible for the safety of all medical personnel in the hospital.

The director of the hospital, Salem Abu Gossah, told the Libyan Cloud News Agency that Bin Dallah was kidnapped at around six o’clock in the evening on the 20 Ramadan Road. He said that his whereabouts is still unknown.
