The Tuareg people issued a statement regarding the new government

The Toumast Youth Coalition issued a statement denouncing the cabinet of the National Unity Government for not including a minister representing the Tuareg people.

The coalition’s statement indicated that “the disregard for the rights of the Tuareg is deliberate”, declaring their condemnation of what they described as “the unfair behavior.”

The coalition called on the prime minister to look objectively and correct the path which aims to unify the country.
