The Customs Authority denies WHO claims of obstructing materials related to the Coronavirus

The Director of the Information Office at the Customs Authority, Major Fahmi Al-Maqouri, has denied a statement by the World Health Organization (WHO) to a news outlet complaining about the obstruction and delay in the release of materials related to the Coronavirus pandemic.

In an exclusive statement to the Libyan Cloud News Agency, Al-Maqouri confirmed that the Customs Authority had contacted its clearance centers to verify the procedures.

The customs clearance centers denied any delay in the procedures related to WHO or other parties importing Coronavirus materials.

Al-Maqouri called on WHO and other companies that complain about depaly and obstruction to provide clarification.
