Speaker of House of Representatives and his delegation withdraw from Moscow talks

The media advisor of the speaker of House of Representatives, Abdulhamid al-Safi, said the speaker, Aqailah Salah, and his delegation left Moscow on Tuesday morning without signing the ceasefire agreement.

Presidents of Russia and Turkey sponsored the talks between Libyan parties in Moscow on Monday to stop the fighting in Tripoli and resolve the Libyan crisis.
