Libyan Foreign Ministry summons the Egyptian Chargé d’Affairs

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Najla Al-Manqoush, summoned the Egyptian Chargé d’Affairs in Libya, Tamer Mustafa, to complain about the content of an Egyptian TV program which disregarded the Libyan sovereignty.

An Egyptian TV presenter compared the conflict between Ukraine and Russia to the relation between Libya and Egypt.

The Egyptian Chargé d’Affairs told Al-Manqoush that this act does not represent the Egyptian government’s position on Libya.
