Italy and Britain expressed their intention to support Libyan ceasefire

Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi and his British counterpart Boris Johnson expressed their intention to support the ceasefire in Libya to boost the democratic transition.
A Downing Street spokesman said that Draghi and Johnson discussed in their meeting on the sidelines of the G7 summit a number of common issues, including the importance of supporting a permanent ceasefire in Libya to provide the basis for a long-term, peaceful democratic transition.
