Italian Prime Minister calls for fair elections in Libya

Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi called on Friday for free, fair and credible elections in Libya.
Draghi said during the Mediterranean Dialogues in Rome that December 24 elections in Libya is a decisive event for the Libyans and the future of democracy in the country.
He added that Libyan institutions will become strong and have democratic legitimacy through elections, which will facilitate the process of the withdrawal of mercenaries and foreign fighters from the country.
