Ghassan Salame briefs the UN Security Council on Libya

The head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Ghassan Salame briefed the United Nations Security Council on Thursday, January 30.

In his briefing, Salame spoke about the latest political and security situations in Libya, touching on the outcomes of Berlin Conference.

He elaborated on the armed conflict, especially after the truce that was announced in the western region of Libya.
