Al-Manqoush: Some foreign fighters have left Libya

The Libyan Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Najla Al-Manqoush, said that some foreign fighters have left Libya.

This came during a press conference with her Kuwaiti counterpart, Ahmad Al-Sabah, in Kuwait city on Sunday.

Al-Manqoush described the departure of the foreign fighters as a very modest start, according to Reuters, adding that Libya is still seeking a larger and comprehensive organisation for the exit of mercenaries.
