A meeting to draw up a legal framework for the national reconciliation project held in Tripoli

The Vice Chairman of the Presidential Council, Abdullah Al-Lafi, held a meeting in Tripoli with Minister of Justice Halima Al-Bousifi, Member of Parliament Mhamed Shoaib, and some legal specialists.

The attendees discussed ways of setting up a legal framework for the national reconciliation project.

They reviewed the texts of the National Reconciliation Law and called for holding a general national conference for reconciliation, under the auspices of the Presidential Council.

They stressed the need to activate the role of media and social and religious bodies in achieving reconciliation to ensure the success of the national reconciliation project.
