Libyan Coast Guard recues 23 irregular migrants

Libyan Cloud News Agency – Tripoli

The General Department of Coastal Security rescued 23 irregular migrants from drowning at sea on Saturday night.

The department said it received a distress call 70 mile north of the city of Al-Khums.

The migrants were transferred to the disembarkation point at the port of Tripoli and handed over to the Anti-Illegal Migration Agency.
