The National Center for Disease Control commemorated World AIDS Day in Tripoli on Tuesday, December 1, under the theme “Our solidarity together is a shared responsibility”.
A participant from the AIDS Control Department at the National Center for Disease Control, Hoda Al-Misrati, told the Libyan Cloud News Agency, that this annual event was held in critical circumstances as a result of the spread of the Coronavirus pandemic and the shortage of drug supply.
The Executive Director of Taawan Organization for the People with HIV, Mohammad Belhaj, explained that the organization has a vision based on the provision of medicines for the people with AIDS through the National Center for Disease Control, as it is the only solution that makes medicine always available.
