Weekly update of the local epidemiological situation of the (Corona) virus in Libya

The National Center for Disease Control received 1646 samples during the period from 21 -26 May 2022, according to statement No. (687).

After examining the samples with Real Time PCR technology, the results were as follows:

The average number of positive cases (05) cases.

The average number of recovered cases (04)

The average number of deaths (00) cases

The percentage of positive cases (1.8%)

General Statistics:

Total injuries “cumulative number”: 502,016.

Active cases: 66.

Recovered: 495,520.

Deaths: 6,430
