Weekly update of the local epidemiological situation of the (Corona) virus in Libya

The National Center for Disease Control received 1478 samples during the period from 14 -19 May 2022, according to statement No. (686).

After examining the samples with Real Time PCR technology, the results were as follows:

The average number of positive cases (06) cases.

The average number of recovered cases (01)

The average number of deaths (00) cases

The percentage of positive cases (2.4%)

General Statistics:

Total injuries “cumulative number”: 501,987.

Active cases: 63.

Recovered: 495,494.

Deaths: 6,430
