Latest update of COVID-19 infections in Libya – August 22

The National Center for Disease Control analyzed on Sunday, August 22, 7065 blood samples. The center confirmed that 5440 samples have tested negative for COVID-19 and 1625 samples tested positive. The percentage (% 23).

The center confirmed that 1270 patients have recovered from the disease with 25 deaths.

It also released the latest update of the coronavirus infections in the country as following:

Deaths: 4076

Recovery: 214470

Isolation: 78333

Total infections: 296879

Total number of vaccinated against Coronavirus: 960384
