Latest update of COVID-19 infections in Libya – August 20

Libyan Cloud News Agency – Tripoli

The National Center for Disease Control analyzed on Thursday, August 20, 2797 blood samples. The center confirmed that 2553 samples have tested negative for Covid-19 and 244 samples tested positive.

The center confirmed that 29 patients have recovered from the disease and four others have died.

It also released the latest update of the coronavirus infections in the country as following:

Deaths: 173

Recovery: 1047

Isolation: 8487

Total infections: 9707
