75 people in Bani Walid had knife injuries on the first day of Eid al-Adha

The head of the Ambulance and Emergency Department at Bani Walid General Hospital, Mohamed Karma, declared to the Libyan Cloud News Agency that the hospital received 75 cases of injuries on the first day of Eid al-Adha due to sharp equipment and tools used during slaughtering sacrificial animals.

Several knife injuries were also reported in a number of hospitals and health centers across Libya due to misuse of knives or exposure to burns during the barbecue.
