The first phase of “Entrepreneurs of the Future” program ended in Tripoli

The first phase of “Entrepreneurs of the Future” program ended in Tripoli on Tuesday, 30 November, within the framework of the EU4PSL project which is funded by the European Union and implemented by Expertise France.
The program aims to support the private sector in Libya where 120 students were selected from a group of universities to compete for the first prize of the program which amounts to 7000 Libyan dinars.
Civil society organizations and universities worked together to hold six training camps to help these students develop their business ideas and turn them into profitable projects. The best 12 projects were selected to compete in the closing ceremony.
The Undersecretary for Higher Education Affairs, Saleh Al-Ghoul, told the Libyan Cloud News Agency that the ministry is the sponsor for this segment of young people, especially the distinguished youth in the field of leadership and innovation.
For his part, the Vice-President of EU4PSL project in Libya, Mohamed Al-Aswad, explained that this program comes within the activities of EU4PSL to support the private sector in Libya, which includes five basic projects.
