The Ministry of Tourism marks National Dress Day

The Ministry of Tourism held a celebration in Tripoli on Wednesday to mark National Dress Day.

The Minister of Tourism Abdul Salam Al-Lahi, the Deputy Minister of Tourism Hanan Al-Hassi and the mayor of Ghadames Municipality attended the celebration.

The program of the celebration included speeches, visual presentations, a tradition fashion show and traditional dancing and songs.

Al-Hassi told the Libyan Cloud News Agency that the traditional dress industries represent the Libyan identity and heritage, adding that these industries will have priority in the upcoming programs of the ministry.
