The Libyan Government celebrated the National Tree Day

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Libyan Government celebrated the National Tree Day in Libya with a number of afforestation campaigns.

A ceremony was held to plant some trees in the Sadaka Club in the city of Shahat in the presence of directors of departments and offices in the Ministry of Agriculture and some associations.

Afforestation campaigns will continue in all areas of Jabal Al Akhdar region in east Libya this week as part of the National Tree Day.
