The construction of the coastal highway linking the east and the west of Libya to start in spring 2021

The Libyan-Italian Joint Technical Committee announced the start of work on the construction of the coastal highway linking the east and the west of Libya.

The committee said that the construction works will start in the spring of 2021.

It stressed the need to pay the debts owed to Italian companies by the Libyan state and the possibility of resuming flights between the two countries.
