A heatwave hits the Western region of Libya

The National Meteorology Centre (NMC) has warned of a heatwave in the Western region of Libya.

NMC reported that the heatwave will start Wednesday, May 13, and it will last for four days.

Temperatures will range from 40-45 degrees, according to NMC.
