A man cuts off fiber optic cable accidentally

A man has caused the interruption of mobile and internet services in east and southeast Libya.

The man was digging and working in a land in Sultan district, east of Sirte, when he accidentally cut off a fiber optic cable causing mobile and internet services interruption in the towns of Ajdabiya, Jalu, Jikharra, Awjala, Tazerbu, and Kufra.
